1. Returns Eligibility

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to us at complain@bhurgristore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
Return Shipping: Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
Refund or Exchange: After we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refunds
Refund Process: Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

7. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled unless it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
